Claims and Injury Management Explain the four steps of claims management, how WorkSafeBC’s Experience Rating system works, key components of effective return to work programs, and pertinent regulatory requirements and standards in British Columbia.
CNIB Eye Safety

Identify common workplace hazards that can cause eye injuries and how to prevent them, apply safe work procedures including proper use of personal protective equipment and protective eyewear.
Construction Safety Training System (CSTS) for Workers Identify construction site hazards and proper preventative actions to take based on safety regulations and standards in British Columbia.
CraneSafe Assessment Prep Courses: Stiff Boom & Folding Boom Crane operators in British Columbia have until February 28, 2011 to be assessed.  These two courses will assist incumbent operators when challenging the CraneSafe assessments.
Fall Protection Training:  End User Explain the critical components of safe and effective fall protection systems, create fall protection systems in the workplace, and explain fall protection as it relates to safety regulations and standards in British Columbia.
Fall Protection:  Train-the-Trainer Program Recognize workplace fall hazards, understand the essential components of fall protection systems, and develop the necessary skill base to deliver the Industrial/Commercial Fall Protection End-User Course for BC as a certified trainer.
Hazard Recognition & Control Identify hazards and apply effective strategies to control hazards in the workplace.
Large Business Safety Auditor Training Explain the process required to complete a health and safety program audit, use a standardized national audit instrument, apply pre-audit planning and verifying methods, and audit evaluation strategies.
Owner/Senior Manager Course Identify and explain supervisor responsibilities for a safe work environment, and describe processes for risk assessments, inspections, and accident investigations as required for due diligence.
Preventing & Investigating Musculoskeletal Injuries
(MSI)
Explain the seven-step Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention process, identify risk factors associated with MSI, determine ways to control identified risks, and apply tools to prevent MSI and conduct investigations into MSI.
Preventing Workplace Violence Explain the regulatory requirements for protecting workers from workplace violence, conduct a risk assessment, establish preventative measures and procedures, and develop a workplace violence prevention program.
Principles of Health & Safety Management (PHSM) Explain the purpose, benefits, and essential components of a health and safety program; develop a company-specific OH&S program; explain the assigned responsibility and accountability for management, supervisors, and workers; and applicable legislation in British Columbia.
Responsibilities of Joint Health & Safety Committees Identify and interpret the responsibilities and duties of joint health and safety committee members, and carry them out in ways that promote workplace health and safety.
Small Business Auditor Training Identify and explain the elements of an effective health and safety program audit, the process required to prepare for and conduct safety audits, and the principles behind day-to-day safety management.
Supervisor Course Explain supervisor responsibilities and regulatory requirements, and describe the processes for risk assessments, inspections, investigations, and health and safety training as required for due diligence.
